Molina Marketing Media provides web design, hosting, maintenance, and digital marketing solutions. Our core services include:
Website Subscriptions: Monthly subscription packages for web design, hosting, and maintenance.
Add-On Services: SEO enhancement, logo design, animations, and photo galleries.
Creative & Technical Services: Print design, social media management, media editing, drone photography, and computer maintenance/repair.
3. Subscription & Payments
Billing: Services are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
Tier 1 (Starter): $25/month.
Tier 2 (Custom): Starting at $75/month.
Tier 3 (E-Commerce): Starting at $350/month.
Add-Ons: One-time fees (e.g., $150 for galleries, $75 for logos) or recurring fees (e.g., $200/mo for Enhanced SEO) are billed as agreed upon in your invoice.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time.
4. Domain Name Policy
Client-Owned Domains: If you purchase your own domain name, you retain full ownership. We will point the domain to the website we host for you.
Company-Owned Domains: If Molina Marketing Media purchases the domain name for you, we retain ownership of that domain.
Transfer Upon Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription and wish to take ownership of a domain name purchased by us, you may purchase the domain transfer rights for a minimum fee of $150.00.
5. Website Content & Ownership
Client Assets: Any images, text, or logos you provide to us remain your property. If you cancel, these assets will be returned to you or removed from our servers.
Company Assets: The website design, layout, code, and structure created by Molina Marketing Media remain our property while the subscription is active.
Cancellation Rights: Upon cancellation, the website files and hosting service will be terminated unless a separate buyout agreement is made. You retain ownership only of the assets you originally provided.
6. Intellectual Property
You represent that you own or have the right to use all content (text, images, media) you submit to us for your website. You agree to indemnify Molina Marketing Media against any claims of copyright infringement regarding content you provide.
7. Additional Services
Computer Maintenance: Diagnostics are subject to a $125 fee. Repairs and upgrades are billed at $75/hour. We require a full data backup before performing OS reinstallation. We are not responsible for data loss.
Media Services: Drone photography and media editing are billed at $75/hour. You own the rights to the final photographs or edited media upon full payment.
8. Limitation of Liability
Molina Marketing Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the one (1) month prior to the claim.
9. E-Commerce & Online Store Services
If you subscribe to our Tier 3 (E-Commerce) package, the following additional terms apply:
Platform & Responsibility: We provide the technical setup of your online store using WooCommerce. However, you (the Client) are the sole “Merchant of Record.” You are fully responsible for:
The legality, quality, and safety of the products or services you sell.
Setting accurate pricing, taxes, and shipping rates.
Fulfilling orders and handling customer service for your shoppers.
Payment Gateways: We may assist in connecting payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for a setup fee. We do not process payments directly and are not responsible for funds held, rejected, or delayed by third-party payment processors.
Compliance: You agree not to use the website to sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items. Molina Marketing Media reserves the right to immediately suspend any E-Commerce website found to be in violation of state or federal laws.
Security: While we implement standard security measures (SSL certificates), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your administrative access to prevent unauthorized transactions.

Refund Policy

Diagnostic Fees: The $125.00 computer diagnostic fee is a non-refundable service charge required to identify hardware or software issues. This fee applies regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the recommended repairs.
Hourly Labor: Fees for computer repair, media editing, and drone photography ($75.00/hour) are billed for time spent and are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
Print Design: Design fees for flyers and mailers are non-refundable once the final design is approved by the client.
3. Domain Name Transfers
Transfer Fee: If you choose to purchase a domain name from us upon cancellation, the $150.00 minimum transfer fee is non-refundable once the transfer process has been initiated.
Ownership: The domain remains the property of Molina Marketing Media until the transfer fee is paid in full and the transfer is complete.
4. Hardware Parts
New Parts: Refunds for new hardware parts (e.g., storage, RAM) installed during a repair are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and return policy. Labor fees for the installation of these parts are non-refundable.
5. E-Commerce Store Refunds (For Your End-Customers)
Your Responsibility: As the store owner, you are solely responsible for issuing refunds, exchanges, or store credits to your own customers. Molina Marketing Media will not handle, process, or be liable for refunds related to transactions between you and your shoppers.
Platform Functionality: If a technical error on the website prevents a refund from processing, our support team will assist in resolving the technical issue, but we do not provide financial reimbursement for the transaction itself.
