What if I want to leave?
You can, anytime, with no penalty. We export your content and help you migrate. No drama. However, if you paid for an annual plan, we cannot refund the difference.
Do I own the website?
On subscription plans, you own your content, photos, copy, and domain. On the Starter Site one-time plan, you own everything including the design files.
How long until my site is live?
Launch: 7 business days. Professional: 14 days. Commerce: 21–30 days. From the day you send me your content.
What if my site breaks?
You text or email and I fix it. Usually same day. No hourly billing for emergencies — it's included in your subscription.
I'm not in Tehachapi. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Most of the work happens remotely. I just happen to be based in Tehachapi and love working with local businesses.
What's NOT included?
Custom photography, paid advertising, content writing beyond basic site copy, and specialty integrations are quoted separately. No surprises — anything outside the plan gets quoted upfront before any work starts.

3. Pricing, Billing, and Subscriptions
Fees: Our services include upfront setup fees and recurring monthly subscription fees, or one-time payment options, as outlined on our pricing page.
No Contracts: We operate on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts.
Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel, we will assist you in migrating your site.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all domain names, content, logos, and materials you provide to us.
The Website: Unless explicitly stated otherwise (such as in our one-time payment Starter Site plan where you own the files), active monthly subscription plans include ongoing hosting and licensing of the design structure while the subscription is active. If you leave, you take your content and domain with you.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molina Marketing Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website downtime, or data loss.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
